DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Agreement has been executed between the following parties under the terms and conditions set forth below.

BUYER: Real or legal person acquiring goods or services for non-commercial purposes,

SITE: The website owned by the SELLER,

ORDERING PARTY: Person requesting goods/services via the website,

PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER,

CONTRACT: This agreement,

GOODS: Movable items and digital products.

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically.

Prices remain valid until updated.

11. NON-WITHDRAWABLE PRODUCTS

Products specified under regulation cannot be returned.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

In case of default, legal consequences apply.

13. COMPETENT COURT

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.

14. ENTRY INTO FORCE

This agreement becomes valid upon payment.
